Greetings! I’m Genie Santiago (she/they) and I’m a multiracial, Indigenous, fat, queer, neurodivergent, Musician, Writer, and Certified Holistic Life Coach. Whether you’re interested in learning more about myself and my work, beginning your healing journey, exploring ways to prioritize you, or whatever landed you here today, I’m so glad you’re here.

While everyone is welcome, I am dedicated to amplifying and prioritizing the needs of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQIA+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual, aromantic, agender) folks.

While therapy and life coaching compliment each other, please be reminded that I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach not a doctor, counselor, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist

Currently working towards my masters to become a therapist!

What is Holistic Life Coaching?

When working with clients to navigate life’s many obstacles, I use a holistic approach and meet them where they are.

Holistic coaching focuses on the “whole” of a person and their life by considering the mind, body, and soul. You are not broken and you don’t need to be fixed. You are “whole” just as you are. Many folx, especially those with marginalized identities, have been conditioned to neglect their well-being. We were taught that we aren’t worthy nor capable of prioritizing our wellness and abundance. Let’s transform that mindset.

I believe clients already have the wisdom they need within them and it’s my job to help you fully step into your power.

  • Build a trusting and meaningful relationship with the self and others.

  • Explore obstacles such as behaviors, relationships, thoughts, materials, and situations that may be inhibiting you from reaching your goals.

  • Acknowledge stressors that are unique to marginalized folks and create wellness practices that are NOT centered around coping in or assimilating to environments that cause harm. Instead, we will focus on what empowers and heals us.

  • NOT entertain toxic positivity.

  • Understand that you have real lived experiences that have influenced the way you move in the world.

  • Explore creative projects and personal/professional deadlines.

  • Create habits and strategic plans that work best with your abilities.

  • Remind ourselves that we are not problems that need to be fixed.

    And more!

Together we will…

Genie had a very warm and thoughtful approach in her coaching. I felt that she cared and the space was safe and inviting. She was very connected throughout
